Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect your clinic’s WhatsApp Business in a couple of minutes and Clowi replies from your own number. Your patients won’t notice a thing.
What if Clowi doesn’t know the answer?
It hands the conversation to you or whoever you choose, with a summary of what the patient asked for. Once you explain the answer, it learns it for next time.
Does it work with the calendar I already use?
Yes. It connects to Google Calendar or reads your Excel. If you keep your calendar on paper, Clowi gives you its own and fills it with every appointment.
How does the 72-hour trial work?
The 72 hours start when Clowi answers a real patient’s first message, not when you sign up. At 48 h it sends you a WhatsApp summary of what it did. If you’re not convinced, cancel before they’re up.
Who sees my patients’ data?
Only your clinic. Your patients’ data is never used to answer for another business.
Does it reply in other languages?
